I got a #5 with onion rings. The onion rings breading tasted like festival funnel cake without the powdered sugar. That sandwiche was good. It was almost picture perfect. I went to the parking spot first and pressed the button a few times and waited a for a while but no one rogered up to take my order so I went through the drivethrough.

This sonic location felt kinda odd to be honest. We pulled in at 2pm on a Monday, only customers there at the moment, no big deal, kinda awesome actually. However when calling on the kiosk to order we were told to wait, ok again no big deal. After around five minutes or so we were told we could order. Asked for a milkshake and was told the ice cream machine was down so that’s a huge bummer. Ordered two burgers and some tots, was never asked if wanted veggies so I thought no veggies would be added, well that was kinda true no lettuce or tomato but pickles were on my son’s burger, so that’s a problem there. Thought we shouldn’t complain so just scraped it off. Through our whole visit of about thirty minutes no other customers drove thru or stopped to order something. Seeing as it’s right off the main drag of Jefferson Ave this is kinda suspect. I don’t think I will be back to this location anytime soon as it’s not the sonic experience I have come to expect, way below par here.

I frequent this location more than I should this is actually my 2nd review. They were doing so well but when I spend money I should get what I ordered. I’m so frustrated that I now have 2 drive an additional 15 mins out the way to the other location from now on. I go here a lot, but last time i went I got a egg sandwich and it was wild. It didnt look right and even had this brown liquid on it. I shouldnt have eaten it, but i was so hungry i did anyway. Needless to say i got minor food poisoning check your food yall! The workers generally are nice though!

I came around 10:30pm, she said the lobby is closed and that I would have to go through the drive through. I told her I don’t have a car to do that, she told me I still have to go through the drive through! I don’t have a car, the thing is their website says they close at 12am, whether that’s the lobby, drive thru or delivery. I could be wrong, but that’s false advertisement.

I go to this location because it’s close to where I live and everytime I get my heart set on Sonics I either have to visit the ATM machine first because the card reader is down its been over 2 weeks. They are missing out on money. Or they are closed at 4pm for whatever reason or they don’t have something on their menu. It’s truly heartbreaking and corporate need to step in and assist with whatever is needed to keep them from eventually closing for good.
