The food and overall service is good, but the fountain drink machine needs repair. It has been a problem for awhile. All you get is excuses on why it isn’t fixed. I don’t know if it is a vendor problem or a management problem, but it should have been fixed or replaced by now.

First off, we walk in and the coldness hits us like a freight train. We tell them our order and go to sit down. I literally broke my butt sitting down. We get our food and start to eat. I pick up a chicken strip and there was a hair on my chicken. Two minutes later, there was a spider on my table. So we just left and ate in the car. But. Food was amazing. Keep up the good work.

It was ok but the value is lacking 3pc chicken strip with fries. The strips were small about the size of a chicken wing flapper. And the fries were very limited in quantity,maybe 10 fries scattered in this box large enough to serve 10 of these at this serving size. But compared to our other choices of food it was the better choice.

Stopped in for some Blizzards today. The signage in the building is advertising the new smores blizzard served upside down. The employees are wearing shirts actually stating they flip the blizzards. Yet when I get my blizzards they are NOT flipped. And when I called the server out on it. I was told this store does not participate in that promotion. Yet all the signage and shirts state otherwise. Seems like they only “Don’t participate ” is when they get called out on it.
