When you arrive, the menus are to your right on a table. Grab one and fill in the boxes on the menu along with your name at the top. Follow the instructions and take it to the counter and pay. Ramen noodles are now being served there. My concoction of a bowl was amazing. All ingredients in the bowl tasted so refreshing. If you love sushi, this is for you.

This place used to be great but my last two experiences here have been less than satisfactory. It was not fresh tasting, Kroger sushi tasted fresher than the sushi at Hawaii Poke. And just recently I order three rolls to go and they left one out. We tried to call multiple times and nobody answered. So I drove back to find two employees just sitting there playing on there phones.

Atmosphere is great and everyone was busting butt to help customers. The drinks with Boba ingredients are awesome! I got Pineapple Ginger w/Coconut Jelly and my companion got Cantalope!l w/Mango Pearls. We both got Sushi bowls and a Spicy Tuna roll. The sushi was awesome, right balance of spice and texture. The bowls were larger than expected and a LOT of amazing food/ingredients in it. For ~$11 it is a meal or two! Definitely recommend!

Second visit in 6 months and I remember well why I’ve avoided Hawaii Poke & Greens. They suffer from a personnel problem. A lunchtime visit this past summer went horribly awry. I was told the charge on my card didn’t process and I must insert again—for a meal never served. Three others in my group were served and finished their meal while I waited and waited. When I twice went in from my outdoor table to inquire, the owner (?) asked me to wait my turn. FINALLY, she testily told me I’d never placed an order because she didn’t have a ticket. I guess she didn’t remember her trouble with the card. When at last my meal was served, I had to take it to go and much to my dismay, it was nowhere close to my order.

If you have an allergy to any ingredients commonly used in sushi BE VERY CAREFUL about eating here. I have a shellfish allergy, ordered something with my family for pickup. I (like any responsible person with food allergies) made a note on my order about my allergies, figuring that would be enough to prevent cross-contamination that could be deadly for me.
