I got take out when I went. But anyway I got boneless wings I forget what flavor but they were good and the fries were also really good, very flavorful. But I just wanted to say the service in the store wasn’t the best. The guy working the cash register wasn’t very helpful and didn’t really know the menu so it took us like 10 minutes to find out what everything was because I had never had wings but 1 time. But that’s about all I would say more but it’s been a bit since I was here so that is all I can Remember to say.

Two coworkers and I ordered a DoorDash order. Part of the order was for two 10 piece combos. Neither combo had the fries. The wings were good but probably won’t go back due to the missing food items.

When it’s good, it’s banging! But here lately they aren’t even open when they say they are. 4 PM on a Monday? Closed. Not the first time either. I’m done with Valley. I was here two three times a week. No more.

the Denham Springs location was not worth the money spent! I ordered at 6:30pm and my food was supposed to be ready at 7:00pm. Got there , showed them i paid online and guess what… they hadn’t even started making it yet. I ask to speak with a manger and he was too busy to come out. Once i did get my food ( @7:30pm ) and made it home the sauce had spilled in the bag smh. I was so upset i called the Baton Rouge location. The mngr of the Denham Spgs store finally called me back after 9pm. He was rude, he over-talked me and gave a bunch of excuses. I never write reviews but this is by far the worst experience of customer service I’ve dealt with.

First time visiting, dining in. Got the 10 piece traditional, 2 sauces buffalo and jerk…..took a little time to get the order, knowing they fried them on the spot. Amazing wings! Definitely worth the little wait! Staff was very friendly, I will be returning for sure! Very thankful to have another wing place!

I was very eager to try this restaurant after searching for a good wing spot other than Wingstop. I’m new to the area so I just googled wings near me and this place popped up. I thought it would be good.. very sadly mistaken. Customer service is HORRIBLE. The person that answered the phone was very unprofessional and unenthusiastic. Same when I was greeted. Walked in side to step on overly sticky flooring same for the counter top . At the point I should have canceled the order and walked out. Too tired to cook and to lazy to find anywhere else and wait 30+ mins for chicken wings. . After receiving the food I realized the appearance was NOTHING like online. I was also very taken/confused back by portion sizes to price. To make a long story short they make have received $44 tonight from me but never again ✌

I’ve only visited once (in passing) so take it for what it’s worth. I called my order prior to going to the business. It was ready on time and correct. It did take a second for the cashier to come from the back to give the order, but I try to extend a little more grace these days with the way things are. Now, the wings were really good. I got the Cajun & Lemon Pepper wings. Cajun was good and the the Lemon Pepper was a tad salty but nothing outrageous. Overall, good I’d try them again.

We telephoned in an order for 15 wings in three different flavors and an order of cheese fries. When I arrived I was told I could have only two flavors for an order of only 15 wings. I asked why were we not told that on the phone and was told the person taking the order did not know. After some discussion, we did get three flavors, but order of fries was wrong. Also, they separated the flat from the drummette and called each piece a wing. Food was tasty but too expensive for the amount of food served. Probably will not go back.

Monique was sweet from the moment she took the order over the phone, to when we came to pick the food, she made sure to show it to us to make sure we were satisfied. It was also my co workers birthday and she played the Stevie Wonder birthday song for her that’s just the service, but the wings and loaded fries were scrumptious! The price wasn’t bad either. 10/10 will be back again! ♡
