This location knocked it out of the park tonight! I placed 2 online orders from my son’s baseball game. I left the game and headed straight there. When I got to DQ I was greeted and both orders were ready. The food was fresh, hot and exactly what I ordered. No wait time! I was so impressed with their customer service and the quality of food. I highly recommend them. 10/10

I am so done with any Dairy Queen in the Norcross/Duluth area! I walked into this location, and after standing there and being looked at for a few minutes, I was finally greeted. When someone did finally come to the counter, I was told the lobby is not open because they are short staffed (if they paid a decent wage, it wouldn’t be hard to keep staff). Once we did get the food, it tasted terrible and was cold! Not the quality I am used to from DQ in Columbus GA. Overall terrible service and even worse food quality. Don’t waste your time at this location or any DQ for that matter.

I asked the Store manager a simple question of if an ice cream was able to be dipped with 2 flavors and he got smart mouth and asked when I told him it had been done before. When I asked for my refund he told me know so I parked my car in drive thru until he gave it to me and threaten to call the police, I told him I just wanted an apology for being so rude and his colleague came and apologized on his behalf so I retuned the apology for the situation escalating so quickly. As I drove off he ran outside and called me a B**** and flicked me off.

The food here is ridiculously good. The honey hot chicken strip can do no wrong. The regular chicken strips are just as great. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere that is great to bring family. They provide table service so you don’t have to wait at the counter for food. The staff is always helpful and very patient. I give 10/10 commendations. They really know how to serve fan food.

Bought four large blizzards. These pics are immediately after receiving them in drive through. They didn’t flip them upside down bc they are melting. They had to have lids. They knew they were in the wrong bc the receipt is torn where the survey info is. That’s why I’m posting these pics here. We’ll have to put them in the freezer to enjoy later. Next time I’ll go to Culver’s.
