This Five Guys has a lot to offer the area that it’s in. I’m not sure the hours on game days and such but I think they could have a strong line on those days. From the outside, it can be missed with it being on Nicollet Mall (Bus and walking only) and people couldn’t enter from the outside only through the office building it’s connected to. Now! I don’t blame the management making that decision because the staff have and would have to deal with a lot of distractions outside their pay scale so you have to cut some slack. The food is worth it, and you can easily have a comfortable gathering/meeting at this location. It has a lot of space to offer those who are dinging in and those who are grabbing and going. I enjoyed my visit due to the excellent service I received. The staff were friendly while hardworking. My visit wasn’t at a rush hour so I couldn’t tell you what it’s like during that time but you can go and let me know what your experience was.

We were looking for a place to eat dinner on Saturday night. All the places we first looked at said they were closed on Saturday…what? Okay fine! We found Five Guys and ordered bacon cheeseburgers with no bun, lettuce wrap. My husband ordered online and walked from the Rand hotel to pick up and walked back. When he got back the food was still hot (which is an important detail for me!) The burgers were so yummy and full of flavor! Great job!

It’s a Five Guys. The burgers are big, fresh, filling and loaded with a y and all toppings your clogged heart desires. The fries are not only fresh and perfectly salted, they always give you more than you’d expect. You won’t be disappointed or hungry after this place.

It’s typical to go to the Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis and go eat a very good hamburger at Five Guys. The staff has been always friendly but I miss the latino workers for some reason they are no longer working there . I only wish the classic peanuts were still here, but due to the pandemic, they’re gone.

Dashers, with 95% of orders, are not getting paid enough to be leaving our car running for any more than 1 minute. Immediate 1 star, you need to prioritize DoorDash orders.

Five Guys does burgers the way they were done when I was a teenager. Their fries are quite good although I would rather have the spuds skinless but you can’t have everything. Plus they make killer milkshakes and malts. From my perspective the only negative is their pricing which I find to be just a tad high but then they have the overhead of a store on Nicollet Mall so I don’t grouse too loudly. If you want a really good burger with everything on it, you should head to Five Guys!

Open 7am to 7pm 7 days a week. Got a little cheeseburger with small fries for lunch. The burger and fries were cooked just right. The fries were hot and crispy outside but fluffy inside. It is on Nicolette Ave so you can not park in front and run in but it was easy to find on foot. Fast friendly staff.
