This is not boston market food… idk what it is but it’s definitely not boston market. The Mac and cheese is not spiral and has a weird chalky bitter taste. The mashed potatoes and gravy is also weird and the chicken tastes like Walmart rotisserie chicken. I feel like this is a crime to call this place a boston market…

I’ve been eating at boston market for 20 years and have never been so disappointed. The mac and cheese was not spiral, it looked and tasted like microwaved stouffers. The mashed potatoes were obviously powder mashed potatoes from a bag, tasted nothing like the delicious ones I’ve always had.

I’m not sure what has happened to Boston Market food, but it was disgusting . I ordered during my lunch break for pick up, and the food didn’t look the same. The mashed potatoes were dry and tasted like they came out of an old, stale box. The sweet potato was revolting; the taste was not the same, and the chicken was dry. I cannot believe I spent my money on this. I was told they changed suppliers. I understand inflation, but I’m so disappointed.

Nastiest older lady at the window. I was confused because the sign said call ahead orders only, so I simply asked If I was able to order there since I have my baby and she actually shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes, as she looked in the back seat of my car as if I didn’t have my baby with me. I told her I did not like her attitude and drove away. I now understand why so many of your locations are closing, your customer service has become disgusting.

There’s a sign about a shortage of food, a sign saying “cash only”, a sign saying the floors are wet, and an open garbage can in the middle of the floor. All of the screens showing the food and prices are turned off. The employee said that they only have chicken and sides. Even the soda machine wasn’t working. The only coke they had was a bottle of caffeine free that was in a bucket that kept it just a little cooler than room temperature. I’ve never eaten mashed potatoes that were so obviously made from powder, and the cornbread was dry and crumbling. And this is after they kept the dining room closed for 3 years.

Cornbread tough. Mac and cheese runny much different from the other locations. The mash potatoes gravy is the caviat. However, this concoction is thin and nothing like it it. It has to be another location this meal came from and they are passing it off for Boston Market. Food was very different. A different packaging than normal. I am wondering if it’s due to being ordered through Door Dash, which really shouldn’t be a huge difference. Chicken cold and not cooked all the way through. $23 down the drain and still hungry for lunch. Nothing as to what I expecting from Boston Market. Complete disappointment F- for sure. They need to refund me Asap.

I used to love Boston market until I came to this one. The moment I walked in wife and I noticed is run down but we still have it a try. There wasn’t a lot of options and when we tasted the food was horrible.Mashed potatoes were literally from the box and so runny. Will definitely never come back

Do Not!! Go to this place!!! Had 1/2 chicken with Mashed potatoes and Corn Food was horrible!!!! Chicken tasted old!! No Fountain Drinks had to buy a bottle of soda. Cashier asked me if I could pay cash I was like No….. Don’t have cash Terrible experience Stay away from this place.!!!

If there was an option to give negative stars, I would choose -5!!!! Every time I come to this location, the food gets worst n worst!! this was the nastiest plate of food from Boston I have ever gotten. The turkey was beyond salty and dry, the corn bread tasted like there was soap in there and had no moisture to it and it also left a nasty aftertaste. The mac & cheese tasted like it was old and reheat it the only decent and eatable thing on my plate with my broccoli and even that wasn’t so good!
