This was the 2nd time that I ordered a hot fudge sundae and asked for whipped cream and a cheer that they did not include that. For over $5 I expect to have those essentials on the sundae. This was also not the first time that the order was incorrect. This place needs to step up their service badly.

This location is absolutely terrible and keeps getting worse! Food is cold every time, I tried to go there last night an hour before they closed at 11pm and they told me they were already closed!! Not the first time that has happened to me. Tonight I got a large key lime pie concrete, which the girl working had told me I already had two slices of pie in it. I get my custard, and for what is in it it would have to be almost 100% pie for that to be true. It looks like a medium concrete in a large cup!! A comp would be nice!

Was my first time trying Freddy’s. It was probably the grossest patty melt I’ve ever had. Super greasy, patties (or patty? It was so thin I couldn’t tell if there’s 1 or 2) are thinner than paper, and had that burnt oil taste. Will never eat there ever again.

We went in to order a shake, a PBC and B sundae, and a side of whipped cream for my dog. The service was friendly, but the order was a disappointment. The sundae was only halfway full and was completely incorrect. Instead of PBC and B, we got chocolate ice cream with whipped cream, fudge, and a cherry. We also never got the whipped cream for my dog. It was my boyfriend’s first time there so it was a bummer of a first visit.

Mobile order through the app today. Instructions say to find order on shelves. Shelves in restaurant have good signage indicating they are for mobile order pickup. Another customer and I were waiting for our orders. We communicated this information to employees who asked if we were waiting to order. What the employees failed to tell us was that they were not putting the orders on the shelves. After waiting another 10 minutes I asked an employee about my order. She found it on the countertop on the other side of the registers. It had been sitting there a while, resulting in cold food by the time I drove home. I have used the drive thru at this location and driven home with my order remaining hot and fresh in the past. Ice cold fries and cheeseburgers were disappointing today.

If it weren’t for the fact that when the order is actually prepared correctly, my kids like it, I would never go here again. Easily 50% of the time the order is incorrect. Again tonight, the blonde girl with the disc/gauge earrings had THE MOST TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. She abruptly cut me off when ordering and provided me a total although I had not finished ordering. When I tried to explain that the window, I got nothing but attitude… As if I had done something incorrectly when all I wanted to do was make sure they got my order. After watching her ridicule me to her coworkers while waiting for my order, apparently I had the nerve to check to make sure it was correct. She opened the window again and, with even more attitude barks, “Is something wrong?” Trust me, I understand what must be the difficulty in finding good employees at a fast food establishment, but WOW they are missing the mark over and over again. It’s a shame.

Mainly it was just a bad experience due to 1 worker which is sad that 1 person just put a sour taste in our mouth. Marie was just an all around rude girl and after being verbally rude she just gave dirty looks and glairs for no reason other than I asked to make sure there was freddys sauce in the bag.
