Yes I ordered from them this weekend they food was burnt and like the toppings wear old spent all most 45 dollars for burnt pizza and they will not do anything for me everyone should go somewhere else

Extra large pizza with extra pepperoni, extra cheese. Looks like a 5 year old made it. The pepperoni looks like it was just thrown on the pizza. Some slices got 7+ pieces, while others got less than 4.

I didn’t even want to give them one star but I had to in order to leave a review. On 12/27/21 I ordered online at 11am for pickup at 5:30. I ordered two large pizzas & an order of cheese sticks. My husband arrived at 5:35 to pickup our order. When he got there the employee was standing at the counter, there were several other customers in the store & the phone was ringing & ringing. My husband gave the name for the order & the woman told him it wasn’t ready. He asked about how long before it would be ready. She told him that the order had not even been started. My husband said “we ordered online 6 1/2 hours ago & it hasn’t been started. Why do you have the order ahead if you’re not going to have it ready” The woman got really rude with him & said she was the only one there. He asked if she was the only one there all day. She then told him “Im just going to cancel your order that way I don’t have to bother making it”. He told her no that he wanted our order & that it had already been paid for. She said “to bad, I just canceled it” My husband called me & I have tried calling up there several times but the phone just rings & rings. This is not the first time the employees have been extremely rude at this location but no where close to this employee. She doesn’t need to be working with customers & this location really needs to get it together. This is so unacceptable!!!

Placed an order at 7:28 pm and was given a 103 to 113 min wait time which was fine. Two ours later I called to see where my order was and was told it was on the way. I called again another 30 min later and was told the driver was a few min away and would be arriving shortly. It is now 10:55 and still no pizza.

Placed an order for delivery this evening around 630, waited over an hour before calling the store and asking for an ETA on my food. After being immediately put on hold, the employee comes back and had absolutely no clue on where my order was. She asked the manager for further instruction and I was told they could remake the food and have it back out to me in 40 minutes or so. At this point I was disgusted and just asked to cancel the order. I used a gift card to partially pay for the food and asked if it would be reimbursed. The manager in the background says, “I don’t really know but it should.”

When I like to get Pizza delivered it’s from Papa John’s and the location by the big Kroger off of Jesse Jewel Pkwy. A couple times there was a problem with delivery time but it happens. Otherwise it’s been just fine.
