First time trying the BK Breakfast Meal and it was pretty good. The pancakes were on point, the hash browns were crispy and good, and the food was a good serving. The only thing I didn’t like about the meal was the sausage which I’m a pretty big fan of but they didn’t serve hot and fresh. But overall the meal was good and I would give it a 8/10.

This place is getting too much hate… it’s fast food, not a Michellin star restaurant. They might put mayo if you ask them not to, or they might not have Oreo shakes sometimes, but they’re always there when I’m hungry! I get my food, and I get it fast, I really can’t ask for much more. You want to get pampered? Go next door to the Starbucks, but I love this Burger King.

The burgers tasted average. Fries were dry. Chicken nuggets tasted nasty. My boyfriend found a sticker in his whopper. Manager didn’t even seem surprised but embarrassed. As if this may be an usual for him. He did not tell me if he was going to do anything to solve this aside from offering the burger. I doubt, he will do anything to the employee. Do not come here AT ALL.

Every time I go to this Burger King it’s really frustrating, they don’t have a lot of thing like nuggets or shakes or the order isn’t complete when i arrive to home. Now, I ordered a shake and the girl told me that they don’t have shake, cause the machine is out of service, it’s not cause I bought 4 hours ago a shake, its just that the machine was cleaned before time like every single day, that’s the reason, making the client upset because they can’t order what they want cause the employees turn it off the machine and the Burger King close at 12. Also sometimes they make the client wait parked at the front door till 15-20 min. The employees there, like this 2 girls, they don’t have the right customer service and respect to the customer. They were listening music and singing, reason why she took wrong my order and had to pay me back the extra. Also, I said to her that every time is a bad experience going there and she answer: then, why are you here? laughing.

If I could give it -100 this would be so. They don’t treat customers right,neither did they take pride in they work. They keep receipts to steal from burger king Frenchies , shortened people on they change. They should close down. Take ur business to McDonald’s. Atleast they are bilingual , this is America. Even though it’s open till 12am there’s nobody there after 8 pm or at least they refuse take any order through the drive-thru. I stood in front of the screen for about 20 minutes, said hello multiple times, and nobody answered

i had the best experience with kevin and john they were super nice and patient they were working very hard and exceeded in costumer service. they are the reason i go back to that place. they are super funny. they are very classy. and the food was delicious. i think they deserve a raise from how well they do their job.

I have always loved Burger King but lately the service needs improvement. Very unhappy and slow as snails workers is all I see. They complain they don’t have enough workers. I stood in a drive through for 42 minutes then had to ho in because i got the wrong order. Going inside I found very incompetent workers. Something has to be done. I still love thr food but come on.
