Honestly one of the best steak experiences I have had from New York to San Francisco. Not only cooked perfectly, they let it rest on the serving plate locking in all fantastic flavors. An added benefit is the service is spectacular.

We stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday and they had a 16oz Ribeye on the lunch menu. Not very often do you find that. So my wife and I both ordered it and it didn’t disappoint. We will definitely be eating there again.

Food pretty good. Hamburger usually over cooked by the older cook(male). Service good. Customer service very nice. Always a table. The condiments on the tables plus napkin holder really could use a scrubbin’. There is always a tacky residue on them. No matter what table we sit. Pop machine could use a really good scrubbin.

We were excited to try Rough City Ranch’s Sunday Lunch Buffet. Well let me say it was nothing but disappointment. Wait staff was friendly, but all the employees even the cooks sat at the bar staring at either their phone or staring uncomfortably into the dining room. The food on the buffet was less than average. Ham dry and rubbery, potatoes were like a block, gravey both brown an white were like paste, fried chicken tasted like it was frozen for a year, corn an green beans were literally brought out by 2 of the cook staff still in the can an just dumped into the buffet table then dosed with a pot of hot water. I would almost bet 90% of the food came from a can/box or fozen and prepared with no care what so ever. I honestly can’t speak on their menu items, but if they are anything like the Sunday Buffet don’t waste you time.

Felt the food was poor… Chicken fried chicken… very salty; white gravy wasn’t good; corn was dark in color; Texas toast had funny taste and was drenched in grease.
