If I could no stars I would. I walked in and the cashier asked if I was there for pizza. Thankfully I wasn’t because the girl making the pizza was eating the pepperoni, as she was making the pizza. I brought this to attention of the manager and she continued to eat as she even said hi to me. I told management I am glad I wasn’t there for that as I would not have purchased it. He didn’t seem to concerned. This store needs help. Many health violations and lack of customer service.

They def need to get some new employees working in the pizza department. I called to order a pizza tonight and the guy said it was gonna be an hr. I called back 45 min later to see if it was done yet and he literally said there was a 20 min wait because he didn’t want to do it. Like where do they do that at???

The store is very clean and well stocked. However, my 5 star is for the two men who made the pizzas. I wanted some cheese pizza and my husband wanted sausage. There was no cheese pizza in the rack. When I told the man that I would like some cheese, he told me it would be ready in 6 minutes. Then he asked if there was anything else. I told him that my husband would like a couple of pieces of sausage pizza. Guess what? He made two fresh pizzas. SUPER!

Car wash never has receipt paper. Middle aged female manager with dark hair refused to give me a receipt from inside and told me it wasn’t her problem and that maybe I should find a new place to wash my car. Very rude and disrespectful over a simple receipt.

By the time my husband brought our pizza home, it looked like it had been under a heater for a long time. I don’t know why it would looked like that since we only live 5 mins away and my husband was on time. Our cheesy bread sticks looked bite size. I’ve worked at a Casey’s before and worked in the kitchen and this was disappointing, especially being pregnant and 2 little boys wanting their food? Not going back until staff in the kitchen actually care.

I like Casey’s mainly cause it has free air and I ride a bicycle everywhere and my tires will get small leaks and this is nice to just stop by and get some air in them. The staff is really friendly and its always well stocked. Although someone did try and rob me outside of the store and wasnt successfully doing so but then continued to say “dont be doing drug deals in front of Casey’s” like come on my I’m 16 and I was a rice krispie treats leave me alone.
