How are places like this so busy? I tried to give them benefit of the doubt the last time we came in. It’s close to my sons orthodontist so he likes to come here after appointment. It’s so disgusting and dirty inside every time – no line when we came in and employees just talking while every table dirty. The fountain drinks were out. Even my teenager was grossed out by the tables and that’s bad. Come on chipotle. Do better

UPDATE Feb 2023: We are back for Fri lunch following the awful Feb 2023 winter storm. Locked in the house for three days due to cold and ice on roads. Great service and good food. Just what we expected each time we came here and at other locations. We saw lots of customers going thru the line and doing pickup. It is very popular for lunch. Don’t be turned off by the low star rating. Customers like getting food here. FIRST REVIEW MAY 2022: This place deserves better in the ratings. We were there Sat lunch hr and the line to get food was extensive and continued during our time. See photo. Based on the number of customers today a lot of people like the food and service. We both got a new menu item and only ate 1/2 so plenty for leftovers. Most customers opted for take-out meals so the smaller inside eating area is OK.

We found a piece of plastic food wrap mixed into our guacamole. This could have easily gotten stuck in the throat of a child and the end result would have been very bad. This is simply unacceptable.

Placed an order from DoorDash- We just received food door dash and there is barely anything in the bowls, they are cold but the tortilla on the side is cold. Clearly there driver got here quick but food is subpar at best. Double meats was barely any food at all. I posted pictures

Came in today with my sister to grab some food employees on the line were completely fine and the girl with pink hair was nice. But the employee named Adda at the register was extremely rude . And snapped her fingers to my sister as she was waiting for me, as we were not done ordering. extremely rude and unprofessional and NOT friendly do better chipotle!

I bought two bowls from this store online today, 07/31/23, picked up the food and went home. When I opened one of the bowls, the food was on one side of the bowl as if someone had scooped the other half. The second bowl was also the same. I wondered whether someone picked the wrong package, ate half of the food, and returned it. I have been buying from this store because it is closer to my house, and I have been disappointed with their service before, but not at this level. I should stop buying my food at this store.

I cannot say enough bad things about the Frisco Eldorado Chipotle. I was thrilled when Chipotle moved closer to this end of Frisco awhile back, however everytime I indulge I am disappointed. I have never experienced worse service at a chipotle than this location. First off the service is unbelievably slow – but not only this the workers are rude!!! The food is continually bland and I never get a meal without the rice, chips, or steak being over or undercooked. This location is a disgrace to the Chipotle franchise some serious retraining needs to happen or an entire new team needs to be hired – especially management. I cannot express my dissatisfaction enough and the mobile orders are a whole other realm of disgust and disgrace.

Not once but every time we go here, something is incorrect. From serving bad brown lettuce, not putting chicken in a chicken salad bowl, incorrect mobile orders, Slow service and little to no Customer Service, totally rude when asking for what we pay for to be correct and of not up to food safety and health code. Unfortunately Consistently poor service and quality not what chipotle advertises or markets to be fresh and quality.

Chipotle will loose its reputation because of this location. We went in person ordered 3 chicken bowls, server gave half scoop (4-5 pieces of burnt pieces chicken)and sprinkle a spoon of lettuce in all bowls, basically it was just a tasteless bowl of rice. I happened Earlier as well. Also in online order they pack half bowl food.. now don’t think like going back there again

For a first timer I was lost and created kind of a chaos as the queue was big. Anyways the staff were super friendly and assisted me. Amazing food!!! Definitely a must go if you are around Frisco.
