Rena’s Letterbox Wonderland
Called ahead and ordered a 12 piece order of fried catfish for takeout. It was ready in less than 20 minutes! The order came with fries and hush puppies. This is a generous serving for four. All this for under $40! When I arrived home 15 minutes later, everything was hot and fresh. They also added a generous supply of tartar sauce and ketchup.

Had a carry out order with 46 minutes before close. They were not busy at all and the service was good. Place was clean… first time eating with them. Search for home style fries pulled them up for me. I got a double cheese briber combo. Ordered additional order of French fries just in case of small portion. Very glad I had done that. Fries were good but there were only about 20 with my combo meal. The side order of them

Second time eating here…fries beckoned to me! Arrived within an hour of closing with family of five. The service was quick and food was great. Fries…always get the fries. Staff was of course already cleaning up (that’s a good thing) but were friendly and helpful as they started cleaning one of the soda fountain stations. Would eat here again.

Great food, excellent service. I highly recommend the Texarkana location. Everything is great, their grilled shrimp skewers are to die for. The Po-Boys are reminiscent of Bo-Boys found south of I-10. The burgers are second to none. The southern greens remind you of grandma’s kitchen. This is definitely a got-to lunch spot for myself and wifey.

The food looked great and it didnt disappoint. The double burger with bacon and pepper jack was awesome. The hushpuppies and fries were great as well. The only issue I had was the dining area needs a good cleaning. The window sills were covered in dust and dead bugs and the booth seats needed a good wipe down. The food and service were excellent though.

This was our first time here and the food was actually good. We ordered the grilled tilapia surf rice, beans, salad. Then my wife ordered catfish and shrimp basket with fries. We’re from California and she said the fries were better than In-N-Out Burger. We will be coming again!

I love flying Burger I eat there a lot prices have been going up just like everywhere else but for whatever reason this time they put my squash and zucchini in the same container and the hush puppies soaked up the juice and made them soggy and now I got them wrapped in paper towels so that could use a little work other than that pretty happy with the place and the people
