Ordered for delivery… 1 hour wait and when pizza arrived not only was it cold, the order was incomplete. The driver said she was not given the drinks and that we had to call the store. When we did, the woman kept insisting on giving us credit for the next visit but finally said she would give us a refund. The driver returned shortly afterward with the drinks which was great but still did not make up for the hour wait and worse yet, cold pizza.

I had an issue with my last order so they offered me a free medium on my next order. I’m not going to say too much here because the situation was a little unique, there were hiccups… but James got on the phone, heard me out and made it happen. He didn’t have to believe me, he didn’t have to do much but he went above and beyond and he did it the whole time with a smile on his face. I got there early to say thanks and the food was already coming out. Very cool ppl here… Very nice ppl… Very helpful ppl… James is the dude. The make it happen captain and I want to say thank you one more time. I’ll be back solely because of James.

Round table Pizza was very good to us. They are our local pizza place and they actually had good availability for our party of 32. They were on time with the pizzas and very nice to us. I could give them a 10 stars. Way to go round table

i order regularly from this location because its close and its the only pizza my kids like. i ordered this evening, around 930pm, which i know its pretty late but that doesn’t excuse the pathetic pizza we were delivered. I used to work at the kerman location for over a year and we would never send anyone what we were served and this inst the first time this has happened. it looks as though they took a large crust and stretched it out to an xl for a skinny crust and burnt it, thats not what i ordered and to top it off my husband ordered a few weeks ago they never delivered our food because they “couldnt find it”. we have lived in the same apartment for 2 years and have never had an issue when we ordered and my husbands money was not refunded back to his card. I dont understand how making a pizza can be so hard. This location needs to be trained by the kerman location!!!!!

Went to the location to order two personal pizzas; one Hawaiian, the other Montague. Both came with garlic sauce rather than red sauce, as described in your menu. The toppings were very scarce. The Montague had six (6) pieces of Italian Sausage, a few slices of salami, no linguica, no pepperoni. Yet the price has increased, and product decreased! I understand, times are tough, but this is ridiculous. Me’N Ed’s here we come.
