Stopped to get gas late last night & couldn’t. Place is all lit up as if it’s open but not. Pumps are shut down after a certain time of night. Multiple people were trying to get gas as it’s the first station off the interstate.

5 of the last 6 times I’ve gotten gas at this specific location, I’ve had to go inside to get a receipt. Not a huge deal, but frustrating when it’s consistently this way. Tonight I had to do the same and asked the cashier why. Cashier says to “ask Casey’s because they haven’t updated the pumps.”Thought I was ” asking Casey’s”by asking three question, and I’m not sure what updating the pumps has to do with the ability to have the pumps print out the receipts like every other gas station around. Convenience not so much…

I walked to the hot food secrion and asked the employee working back there if she was busy. She gave me a dirty look and asked me what I needed. I then asked if she would be able to make me 2 sausage and egg croissants, with no cheese, as I can not eat cheese. I got one more dirty look before she approached the hot food box, grabbed 2 of the sandwiches in there and peeled the cheese off of them. I know the cheese is added onto the sandwiches after they are made and will eventually melt into the sandwich. However, after being made to feel like my presence was unwanted and she clearly could not be bothered to make 2 sandwiches as per my request, I decided to leave the croissants she “prepared for me” on the counter and just got some juice and an energy drink instead.

I am heated. I stop at this Casey’s last night to get gas and used my card to pay at the pump for 30 dollars worth of gas. Today i realized its charged me 100 exactly but says pending from the location off 132nd and Giles, La Vista. I called the store and a worker told me “o ya if you pay at the pump it might put a 100-150 dollar hold on your card for up to a week.” So they know this happens? That total B.S.!!!!

We love Casey’s Pizza and we were excited when the Fantasy station changed over to Casey’s in our area. However, I have never been more disappointed in a pizza purchase anywhere. This location is not up to Casey’s standards and I felt like I got robbed. I could have gotten a better pizza from Little Caesar’s for $5. I sent e-mail to management and never hard anything back. We won’t be doing anymore business with them. Must still be a Fantasy station with a Casey’s sign!

Extremely rude employees and absolutely no efficiency at this locations. The next time a customer informs you that your air pump is broken you don’t respond with “ I don’t know what you want me to do.” I’m not expecting you to do anything but put a sign up you idiot. Another thing if someone says hi I’m here to pick up an order you don’t roll your eyes. Pathetic excuse for staffing Casey’s.
