So Domino’s charged me for the pizza and sandwich yesterday 4/15/23. I never received the items because of the storms. I understand I don’t want anyone risking their life for a pizza. I don’t care that it was ordered well before the storms hit and was waiting in quality check for a good 20 minutes before any rain or wind started. i understand they lost power act of god things happen. I do care that I called the store and was told I have to call the bank because there is nothing they can do at the store. This is not acceptable. No apology just washing their hands of the situation. Never again.

7/17/23 – I can’t find where to put a new review. 3 years later and this time, our order took TWELVE minutes! This location still has the best service. Our pizzas and cinnamon twists were delicious. Another excellent transaction with this Domino’s. Thank you!!

Ordered pizza for a class we are teaching at my place of work. Pizza arrived 10 min late when the order was set up the night before. The driver came in slammed the boxes down and was completley rude from the moment she walked in. Then proceeded to tell me that the pizzas were not paid for. I saud that is not true. I ordered these last night and put my card information in. I proceeded to show her in my crefit card app where the charge had been taken out. She said it doesnt matter and that she was taking the pizzas back. I told her no i paid for these and you are not taking them back. She then told me she was calling the police on our busuness. Lol. It gets worse from here though. I called the store to sort the problwm out and the manager was talking over me and wouldnt let me speak. Then proceeded to tell me to never order from his store again. Absolutely unreal! As if i would order again after this experience. Lol.
