I saw an ad that Cicis was selling the Piezilla. It’s a 28″ pizza weighting in around 4 lbs. So I wanted to get this as a surprise for our family dinner. When we picked it up, even customers inside were asking about the huge pizza being carried out to our car. I’m guessing a lot of people don’t know about it. The expressions my daughters had made this worth it. There were seven of us, and we still had a lot of leftovers. They did a great job on our pizza, and the staff were all friendly. If you’re planning a family or game night. I would recommend Cicis and their Piezilla.

The pizza was actually gross, you can tell a lot of it was sitting there for a while. The pizza selection was not good, they didn’t even have cheese. I assume it was the manager was treating staff like they were in the military, it was kind of funny. And the staff watching over the pizza low key scared me from getting more pizza. The brownies also didn’t taste how they used to taste, tasted like dryness.

I arrived 8 minutes before their “happy hour” (that I was unaware of) with 4 grandkids in tow. I spent $42 for the 5 of us. For this price, let’s just say that the clerk should have mentioned that if I waited 8 minutes I could have saved some money. Probably why this restaurant never comes to mind when I want to go out to eat.

The huge difference for this Cici’s is the staff. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and acted like we were very important as their customers. There was always someone cleaning up: windows, tables or floors. It felt like we had been going there for years but it was actually the first time we had been there. We were traveling through. Anytime we do travel through, we’re going to make it a point to stop in.

Customer service is terrible they like to talk and not get anything done, when I order a special pizza they wanted to wait forever to make it and then once it was out they didn’t bring it to me nor let me know that it was done so I waited 40 minutes for a pizza! Just ridiculous.
