I was looking to place a catering within a week of my daughter’s graduation in NC. I was guided through the ordering process by a catering specialist who took the time to make sure I have enough food and all the right display supplies. This portion of the experience went a long way in removing anxieties in the run-up to the event. Also, I was able to send someone else to pick up the food that day as I was attending the ceremony. The order was ready on-time and was 100% accurate. As someone who spent 20 years in the food service business, I know that mistakes and delays are common. Well done to all the team members who assisted in this process. I will be sure to consider Moe’s as a catering option back in my home state of MD.

Used to be my go to place, but since they’ve hiked the prices up it’s no longer something I treat myself with a lot, only maybe once a month now instead of once a week. I miss the original menu and the joey bag of donuts for $6 it’s depressing everything is going up but our wages are staying the same.. life’s not as easy as it was 40 years ago thanks to corporations like this being greedy and hiking their prices up.. what a disappointment Moe’s.

Typical quality service, friendly staff, generous portions and good ingredients. The bathrooms were well kept up and there were plenty of tables for everyone to sit at. This location also had some agua frescas to try and we really enjoyed the mango lime one.

This was my first time visiting Moe’s so I wasn’t completely sure of how the process worked. I entered the establishment and was Instantly greeted by a big green menu board. As I pondered what I wanted none of the employees greeted me or asked me if they could be of any assistance. I finally decided to go with the steak bowl. I approached the employee and told him that I would like the steak bowl. He wasn’t very helpful to how the process worked. I would of liked him to maybe explain how it works what might cost extra or something but he was just like blah. As I make my way down the line I just felt out of place it’s kinda like the employees expect you to be a regular so no one offers helpful information to new customers. I did enjoy the food really no complaints in that department. I do believe they could use a little more customer service experience in this establishment. But as for the food it was delicious.

Typical Moe’s Southwest Grill. Went here on Saturday before the Elon football game. Restaurant wasn’t crowded. Service was fast, friendly and professional. The food was good ( hot and fresh). The restaurant and restrooms were clean. I would eat here again.
