Best service I’ve gotten at a coffee house in a long time! Our server was a young lady, Maia, and my faith in the next generation is restored. Professional, smiling and great service! My coffee was so good and non caffinated drinks my kids got were just as good if not better.

Forced “commercial” in a drive thru that already takes forever. Unnecessarily wasting exactly 10 seconds of every customers day and that’s if u are the only one in the drive thru, for each person in line that time wasted grows. The enclosed portion of the drive thru is ridiculous and dangerous especially if you have any kind of diesel pickup truck in front of you. Open it up so exhaust fumes don’t build and harm your customers. There is also a ton of flies at the drive thru window where they force an iPad on you that every other customer has to touch if you pay with a card. For what and to whom am I tipping? Do the employees not get paid enough? Raise their pay and stop this practice I know they can afford it. The owner himself told a group of new hires that he makes over a million dollars a year from his 2 locations at that time. I am a generous tipper when it comes to waiters and delivery drivers but that is because they are paid less than minimum wage hourly. The employees look miserable but sound like robots on molly. Stop asking people for their name, it’s uncomfortable. Please build a Starbucks in Duncan so I can go there instead. I gave 3 stars because I gave mcdonalds 2 stars for their coffee, viridian is slightly better. Ps you can just hand me a straw , I know how to properly install one without the extra germs.
