My wife and I already celebrated Valentine’s day because our schedules are rather hectic. It happened to work out that we had a free evening together on the actual day, and a friend had just recommend Kashiwa. We went, it was an event evening for Valentine’s day and they had a special fixed menu. Reservations only. We asked about it as we walked in. After some deliberation with the other servers and chefs, they agreed. (Mind you, we weren’t expecting to eat out, I was in soiled work clothes).

Been frequenting Kashiwa at least once a week for two years now and I have to say, I never had a bad bite, the place is clean and inviting, the food is great in general and excellent when it comes to Sushi. The servers are wonderful and friendly, the Sushi chefs are top notch and as friendly as can be. This is one of the best Japanese restaurants Sushi bars in So-Cal.
