I eat out a lot and I haven’t found a 5 star Mexican place until I landed here. Wow wow wow is all I have to say. The quesadilla was amazing! Homemade corn tortilla too. The homemade tamales we tried too, excellent !!! The tacos excellent, and on top of that the chocolate cake was like a brownie cake. It was to die for!! I wanted more but had to control myself! You won’t be disappointed at all and the owner is so kind, friendly and listens to any questions you have to ask. He also explains everything and hangs out with you to make sure everything is 100%. Just 100% satisfying.

Ever since going to Texas I always have been on the search for real authentic Mexican food. I can say I have found it. The people are amazing. They’re friendly and had no problems answering any questions I had. I waited to do this review because I wanted to go there more than once. both times or great. The first time I ordered the empanadas the second time I ordered the short rib quesadilla with mushrooms. If you go there, give the corn tortillas a chance. I was never a huge fan of corn tortillas. I always thought they had a grittier texture to it which is not pleasing but there’s are delicious and so is there salsa verde. I would definitely give them a try if you’re in the area.

Absolutely love it here. The staff (especially the owner) always cooks everything authentic and fresh and we constantly feel full and know that we got our monies worth. Would highly recommend to anyone if they want authentic Mexican. The empanadas are awesome, the nachos are crunchy and fresh. Birria tacos on Friday / Saturday are amazing!

The food here is really good! We have gotten takeout here a few times. The chicken chimichangas were very flavorful and fresh. The nachos were also very tasty. And the quesadillas are delicious. Everyone is always happy with their meal. The inside looks very clean. We will definitely keep returning.

So good! Have only ate here once, because I just recently learned about it, but I can not wait to go back & try more. Super tasty & fresh. Great specials too. I am very picky with tacos al pastor & they knocked it out of the park for me. It’s on the sweet side, but there is actual real bits of pineapple in there & when you add hot sauce, it is the perfect blend of sweet & hot…it is addictive!

I’m so picky when it comes to Mexican food and most places in the area just don’t measure up. I’m so happy I finally found this Jem of a restaurant. They have the best authentic Mexican street tacos I’ve had in a long time. The meat is always so well seasoned, flavorful and moist and you can tell the corn tortillas are fresh and homemade (never dried out). The real star of the show are their fresh made tamales though. It is IMPOSSIBLE to find a Mexican place that makes homemade tamales (that are also delicious) in our area. They sell out a lot so you have to go early to make sure you get them. Overall this place is an 11/10. The owner is also so nice and accommodating. A must try!!!
