I’m skeptical about any restaurant in Delaware with a 4.9 as DE isn’t as … cultured. I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences.

New owners from the last time I went to this location for Jamican food. Modern renovations made to the restaurant. Great taste. Good seasoning and good amount of heat to the spicy jerk chicken. Good size portion. I would gladly go back as a repeat customer. $12 for large jerk chicken, rice & beans, and cabbage. $2.50 for authentic drink from Jamaica.

This is the best jerk chicken I’ve eaten in my life. Best red beans and rice as well… I’m sad I live so far away. Would give 20 stars! Good price for the amount of food. The owner/lady working the counter was super friendly. Very clean establishment… will definitely make a 2 hour trip to come back….

I really enjoy the curry goat. It’s always well seasoned and quite tasty. I’m never disappointed with ordering it. Most times, I call ahead to make sure there is some available because it sells quickly. I truly recommend Negril if you are ever in the area.

Food was absolutely trash , got the curry chicken , there was barely any chicken and it tasted horrible like old or something. Literally my stomach is hurting now after eating . Not to mention , the cabbage wasent ready or plantains so all I got in return was extra rice and beans . Will never go back

The lunch and dinner is great! I had the breakfast this morning and was not pleased . I ordered Ackee and salt fish, and it came with Cataloo and the provisions. All I had was Ackee and peppers, there was no salt fish. Furthermore, the dumplings were under cooked. The green bananas were over cooked and everything was cold, and I only live two seconds away from the store. I wasted $26.50. I will eat the lunch and dinner as I mentioned that is great but not the breakfast.

Excellent food, big portions and really nice staff! Thanked us for coming in. Take-out place and seriously as good as the reviews say! Not from the area, and it’s been a while since we have had good Caribbean food. This is the REAL deal. Oxtail literally fell off the bone. Home cooking…you can see the stove going and the magic happening! Definitely make the trip; so worth it! Convenient street parking was right in front.

I’m from Trinidad and I’m impressed to be honest not too many places to eat in Wilmington being as I use to DC. But I’m in love. Lady that took my order felt real loving, don’t mind my picture I mixed it all up.

I visit about 2x a month. I love the oxtails & spicy beef patties. The customer service is always pleasant and kind, even though this is a rough neighborhood. They have the best oxtails I have ever had.
