I wish I could give 0 stars two days ago I ordered a big box and medium pizza and got sick(food poisoning) I called and they said the manager had an emergency so ok cool so I just called and I believe his name was billy whoever he was answered the phone and said we do t take that serious over the phone and u need to come up here n I was like cool that’ll be fine but may I speak with a manager? He said “ u gonna come up to the store” so with that being said Pizza Hut u have lost a valued customer and I will be calling your corporate and u can serve someone your undone gooey pizza that’s half frozen the crust was dry and also I have my medical papers showing food poisoning. Will not order anything else from Pizza Hut EVER AGAIN! Especially this particular location

As a former Pizza Hut employee when I lived up north, I figured this chain of restaurants would have a similar customer service. I can’t rate the quality of the food as I never got a chance to taste it. Once I placed my order online, I was never notified that the food was on the way and the delivery driver just placed my food outside my apt with no kind of notice. So it was out there for a while, After waiting over an hour and I checked the front door, my food had ants on it and I had to discard of it. There was no receipt or anything to call and speak to a manager.

Pizza Hut has good pizza consistently until my last visit. My family & I decided we wanted stuff crust pizza on a Sunday afternoon. We went to 3 different pizza huts and all 3 restaurants did not have any stuffed crust dough…..because they had not received the stuffed crust dough from delivery truck….the last PIZZA HUT was on ASHTON GREEN LOCATION. THE YOUNG FEMALE MANAGER restored my faith in CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE REDUCED price of our order and comped a order of cinnamon sticks . That was good. EMMANUEL IS A GREAT REP IN EVERY WAY FOR PIZZA HUT ❣️❣️

Ordered pizza and wings, very simple order. Pizza was delivered, wings were not. Driver’s name was Larrissa, she got a good tip for doing half her job. Tried calling the store multiple times, no one answered. Honestly the 2 stars are from talking to the customer support lady from their 1-800 number to process my refund, she was great.

I got 3 words to describe this place, Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I ordered a big dinner box with honey BBQ wings and breadsticks. I asked for Banana Peppers on my pizzas, and they didn’t put them put on there . I asked for extra marinara sauce, and they only gave me 1 total, and the marinara was cold. My Honey BBQ wings had no sauce on them just a little bit at the bottom of the container. Lastly, my food was barely warm . I would have been better off going to 7-Eleven and getting their pizza and wings ♂️.

The Pizzas were very dry, had little sauce and had a small amount of cheese on them. You would think that if you order just cheese on your pizzas that it would have some cheese on it but very disappointing to get our pizzas home only to see such dry pizzas that basically tasted like we were eating a dry, crunchy piece of toast.

I have this rating because I ordered chicken boneless and most of them were rubbery. I ordered spicy garlic and like 2 of them were that way and I also ordered honey bbq and 4 of them were like that.and my bread sticks were kinda burnt.

Some times the quality is good but most of the time it’s not. Unfortunately my latest experience needs to be shared. My cheese sticks were only 3/5s covered in cheese, burnt and then was heavily seasoned to try to hide the mistakes. Pretty sloppy move. Also the pizza I got seemed pretty old…like it had been made an hour before I even ordered it. I got there right when my order told me to. There was no way that was made when I placed my order.
