Possibly the worst Taco John’s I have been to, though the one in Sheldon may give it close competition. Potato Oles were cold and stale. They seemed a day old, tough and cold, and the tacos were greasy. I only post this in hopes the manager will improve the place. TJ’s can be great but that is not what I found here.

Order on receipt was right. What was in the bag wasn’t quite right. Taco burger bun was hard. Ordered softshells with just meat and cheese and they had an extraordinary amount of lettuce on them when we didn’t want any lettuce. We have had better there. Tonight was a poor showing.

A little less than ten years ago, this location was the best Taco John’s I had been to. Now, it’s one of (if not THE) worst. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when my stuffed grilled taco was cold, with a stale shell, and hardly any fillings. Then it happened again. Last night, the potato olés they gave me were so stale that they were difficult to bite through, room temperature, and basically just crumbs like they had scraped the bottom of the container to get these out. With how expensive it is for fast food, just save your money or take it elsewhere.

Very friendly service, tasty food. Nothing really special about the “atmosphere,” but we enjoyed it and would eat there again.

I have always had really friendly service in the drive-thru, and the food is really great. The interior of the restaurant could use some sprucing up, it feels outdated and a little dirty. But that doesn’t matter if you get it to go, lol!

The food is good as always, but it is unfortunate that the quality of service continues to decline. Items are always missing, an inconsistency of quantity and quality, and no apologies are given after mistakes are made. Brick and morter restaurants like this are worried about food trucks opening around town, but I can honestly say that those vendors provide better quality, service, and cost.

Drive Thru experience was not fun at all. We pull up to employees smoking out back which I understand break I work fast food, also their door was wide open letting all of that back inside the building. They forgot to turn off their microphone before bad mouthing my family’s order. Once we pulled up to the window we stayed calm and handed our money and we were constantly watched the whole 10 minutes we were waiting for our food. Once recieved the food we wished the employee a great weekend and drove off. Just rude and not impressed with how things went.
