It’s so rare to have a bad meal or experience at Culver’s because they put so much effort into making your meal the best they can, and with a great attitude. It’s a great combination to have. This is the reason I go back again and again. I know what to expect, and it’s exactly what I get.

They always forget things in your order, sometimes a large part of your order and it’s a pain to get them to do anything and then they give you a coupon where they forget parts of your order again. Food is sometimes served cold as well. This isn’t a one time occurrence and id never order from here again if it was only up to me.

4/5 times i’ve been here something has been messed up. Items left off the order completely like fries or a cheesecurd as well as missing simple things like bacon and tomato on the bacon deluxe. Asking for chocolate and recieving vanilla. At this point i’d assume culvers is trolling. The service has steadily declined. 🙁

Not happy with the rootbeer floats. The soda to icecream ratio was way off. Way to much soda for the small scoop of icecream put in. I only live a few miles from here and it was almost all liquid by the time I got home. I can bring one from Stoughton or Verona and it isn’t all liquid when I get home and they are farther away.

Culver’s usually has a line from 4-8, so I definitely expected the wait to be long! We went through the drive thru, and it surprisingly went by very quickly! Everyone working seemed on top of things and they were very friendly!
