I always love Casey’s but this was my first time getting a pizza from them. Everyone ignored us when we tried to get the pizza from the area we are supposed to get it. Since we could not tell anyone that we were there for pizza we told the cashier and she was like well why don’t you have it I need the bar code. I told her no one would help us and she told us we should’ve gotten it before we came up. She was very rude after that and didn’t help us with anything else /ignored us the rest of the time we were in the store still trying to get our pizza. Everyone in the kitchen would make eye contact with us and then walk away. It made things really uncomfortable and made us feel like we were in the wrong when we just paid for pizza and wanted some drinks.

This is the the tenderloin I just bought up there it’s not Brown at all it’s not crisp at all it is soggy and limp like it looks the same as when it comes out the box when they get them in the freezer like this is nasty as can be I would not recommend going there I would tell everybody not to go there

Would give zero if I could: this place is absolutely repulsive. An inch worth of urine on the bathroom floors, toilets look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Entire floor of building is extremely dirty.

Very nice workers. I frequent this place often. I wish the employees were long term because I like to see the same people all the time but what could I do? I also love their chocolate chunk cookies. I don’t know who makes them but I need the recipe.

Convenient location. Not a restaurant however… kind of misleading being so they have no seats. They obviously offer no table service because they don’t have any tables either. They do have good Donuts, I’ve never eaten there pizza there’s so many pizza places here in town that have chairs and tables so I don’t think I would go here to eat pizza.

Was next in line when we were told that the clerk at the next register would get us. She was already checking people out and had 4 people in line so we had to go to the back of the line because nothing was communicated between clerks or customers about who was next and that she would be closing the register after we waited in line. From the back of the line I then see another employee walk out of the kitchen in dirty (covered in dirt) overalls and NO SHOES. She walked from the kitchen to behind the counter back to the kitchen WITHOUT shoes. Disgusting!!! Definitely won’t be buying any food they make in shop again. 75% of the beverage coolers were empty as well. The customer service was absolutely terrible, at one point 3 employees were behind the register counter with a line of 5 or 6 customers and only 1 clerk checking out.

Im thinking that all these 5 star reviews musy be paid actors, because 2 days in a row ive had to call customer service due to employees not doing their jobs and employeesstanding around while customers waited on half and half for their coffee. I told one employee that they were out of half anf half and ahe just snuffed at me and walked behind the counter and leaned on the lottery machine and started flapping her soup cooler with the other 2 girls who were working behind the counter. Yesterday they allowed the coke guy to completely block access to the cooler which is a major fire hazard. If these people dont want to do their jobs, fire them and let them sit in the unemployement line, because standing around is all they’re good at. IF YOU HAVE TIME TO LEAN YOU HAVE TIME TO CLEAN!

Always out of everything, managers just lounging around and looking like idiots and not caring at all that they have people in line. Do yourself a favor and just go to a different gas station all together, this one’s a lost cause.
