Personally I love this place, i always get some chicken on a stick and im not normally a fan of salt But This Chicken Man MMM! and some General Tso’s TOO i spelled that wrong but their Chicken fried rice and Pork fried rice is great too. Ps. my mom and grandma loves the Crab Rangoon’s. Oh and i forgot the last 2 times i ordered the person came in about 20! Minutes!

HORRIBLE! I don’t understand how this place is still in business. If we could give zero stars, we definitely would! But, in all seriousness, the people that work here are never wrong! Ever! We ordered nearly $30 for 3 items and our fried rice was not even fried! It was raw! My husband called, and I warned him it was a waste of time and guess what? It was! They told him, “that’s the way we cook it”. So, not cooked at all, I guess? Offered not even an apology, which is FREE!! We will never be ordering from here again and hopefully, the rest of Sidney will do the same! The attitude of the staff here is disgraceful!! I don’t know why I’m even bothering to write this because we all know they’re not going to do anything to remedy this obvious problem they have with their staff as it’s been this way for years. I guess I’m just venting my frustration to myself at this point but based on other reviews I’ve seen here, lots of others feel the same way.

Unfortunately the last time we ordered from here would be our final and last. When we got home with our food we both found hair in our food. Long black human hair. We did go back and show them and they were very apologetic and did refund us with no issue but unfortunately that is the cause for this review and why we will no longer patronize

Seriously need to learn how to quote time on delivery orders. Some people do have jobs that they work and went by the quoted time for lunch. Guess what wasn’t there until almost a half hour later? Yep the food. Highly dislike being told 1 thing and it doesn’t happen. Basically you are lying to customers. Good way to lose them.

Ordered vegetable chowmein recieved cabbage and water with mushrooms! No idea how you can get this wrong but this is disgusting. Should be ashamed giving customers totally wrong items. Went straight in the trash as I’m allergic to cabbage.

Over priced for average Chinese food. $65 for 3 entrees and a couple of apps. The menu that is posted online does not have the current prices. Portion size is about what you’d get in a mall food court. Do not expect to be dazzled by this food. It’s just ok. Update: Customer service is garbage. I’ve never had an order with all the correct items in it and the employees have terrible attitudes. Will never go back and won’t recommend to anyone. Ever.

ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was told my food would be delivered in an hour. Here we are almost 2 hours later and I’ve still not received my food. I wouldn’t order from this place until they learn how to prioritize their work. And make their delivery more efficient. This is just absolute disrespect at this point.
