I’m sorry but this is not appropriate in any way, shape or form. Of course not one of the 3 chefs owned it but we are absolutely disgusted that an adult would stoop so low to put a ketchup swaztika on an 8 year olds burger. Horrible behavior, service, and I firmly believe someone should lose their job.

I have dined in at this location a few times now and can say it was absolutely amazing food the first couple times, burgers were cooked perfectly and with care. Although as of recently when I had gone in for lunch I was struck with a 30+ wait with a relatively empty restaurant and when I had gotten to eat the food I was shocked to see that the burger was over cooked and seemed to look thrown together like a mess, as well with the fires being burnt. I hold there quality to a higher standard than what I had experienced, disappointing.

They don’t taste bad when you get a fresh burger but I go there all the time for lunch and there’s almost always a 10-30min wait for a single burger even if they are empty. And 9/10 times they mess up my order even though it says what I ordered right on the receipt.

“Progressively gets worse” is exactly right. Sometimes ok but so inconsistent, it’s a gamble. My last straw was the taller fat brown haired goobber of a cashier literally was picking his nose as he was taking our order, I thought it was a joke…it was not, he was disgusting. Probably shouldnt hire what look like ex-convicts and rejects of society to work in an open kitchen environment, they represent you! As for the cold fries and onion ring reviews, they dont have a heat lamp where they sit while your order is being finished, better communication and timing of the cooks would easily solve that stupid problem. Will not be back to this location.

Took over 45 minutes for a pretty simple order. They are way understaffed and they are in violation of h&s code 79363. I watched the food bagger run his hands through his hair, immediately touch every item that he bagged, and then wipe his hands off on his pants and proceed to touch the customers food. Oh and not to mention my salad sat out on the counter for the entire duration. I will never order from here again.

Absolutely LOVE their sweet potato fries! Super yummy treat. The BBQ bacon burger is really good too & their ranch to dip in is good. Don’t like that for some reason every time we have tried to use the app to order it will not work, but the kiosk works. Never really had to wait long no matter what time we have gone.
