I stopped by a bit late on a Saturday afternoon. It looked like they were out of most of the sides. I just got some ribs and white bread and OMG! Those ribs were so good. They were perfectly seasoned, tender, and meaty. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their food.

I’ve only had meatloaf, macaroni and cheese, cabbage, cornbread muffins, and pound cake. The pound cake was AMAZING, but not $6 a slice amazing. Geeshhhh!!! The meal was flavorless, like not seasoned at all. It definitely has potential if seasoned. Cornbread muffins are small and was a little hard at the bottom.

I was passing through stopped to get some gas when I entered the store I smelled what smelled like Grandma house so I had to check it out BBQ Chicken; Mac/Cheese; Cabbage and for dessert a thick slice of Key Lime Cake. D E L I C I O U S!

I love that they cook vegetables without meat! That’s so hard to find. The people have met no strangers and welcome you like family. The food is good. I feel like I had a nice home cooked meal without feeling guilty for having too much salt and sugar.

Went here after reading reviews. I had no idea they were inside the shell gas station. But I am sure they will move once the secret is out! The food is so freaking good. I got the bbq chicken, green beans, and pasta salad. Everything was so good! They were friendly and they gave excellent customer service. They serve breakfast at 6:30am. Just call ahead for the menu. I’m going to try the breakfast. Stop in and support this spot. Ping and Eugene are the friendly gentleman behind the counter. Support these guys!

I have stopped this gas station a hundred times. I never thought of eating here. My wife looked up restaurants in the area (Cascade) and this came up. We didn’t realize it was in e gas station and called to get the location and as about the menu. Good southern cooking. We looked up their health scores from the state 100 on each of their last 3 inspections. So we gave them a try. We got ribs and catfish with mac & cheese, coleslaw, potato salad, and cabbage. The food was as good as their health scores! They get 5 stars from me.
