Got the family meal to-go from the drive thru. Realized when I got home that the cheese pizza looked like this. They probably would have fixed it I called back but this has happened a few times with other items so didn’t feel like dealing with it again since I don’t live that close. Other things have been the wrong pasta/ or it’s sticky and clumpped together plus once the sweet tea tasted like it was rotten. They get a 3 because the staff is always friendly and nice.

Michael Millers customer service went above and beyond. As my first time visiting Fazoli’s he took the time to explain menu items and what sides they came with. He brought our food out to us and kept checking if we needed additional breadsticks or anything while taking care of new customers at the front. He is very good at his job and takes your dining experience seriously to make sure you are satisfied.

This restaurant is very clean. The food comes out super fast and is super yummy. Sha’min one of the employees there is super friendly and was consistently cleaning up around the restaurant as we ate. Checking on us and making sure we were all set!!

Food was sub-par. Gone down hill. The worst part was that employee smoking cigarettes near the drive-through, and it smelled really bad. Need a designated place far away from customers to smoke. Didn’t enjoy smelling his cigarettes while trying to order.

I was getting my order at the window and my bf and I watched one of the workers walk out to give a customer their food. He walks back in, he didn’t change his gloves and he grabs someone else’s food. My bf and I told the girl at the window to tell him to change his gloves but she’s standing there with this dumbfounded/clueless bimbo look on her face and shrugging her shoulders. I told her a second time to tell him and she’s smirking still… nasty self.

I’ve always enjoyed going to this Fazoli’s. The staff are friendly nice fast. You can’t go wrong with unlimited breadsticks you just can’t. I for one like the meatball sub which is delicious. I highly recommend it.
