I walked in at 8:45 tonight to get a small little sandwich. When I walked in I saw a guy with dark hair and glasses and a woman with red hair. The guy was sitting at the table when I walked in, understandably so as I’m sure he’s had a very long day on his feet. I said I’m so sorry to have to trouble you and I meant that. I said I’m sorry I’m going to have to ask you to make me a sandwich right before you close. Nothing. I mean silence nothing no response nothing so I apologize again nothing. So I apologize again, to which he said we’ve not had a break since 5:00 this afternoon. I said I’m so sorry that must be so exhausting. Again nothing. I told the lady I’d like it Mike’s way and she puts lettuce tomatoes the sauces the oregano and the salt and pepper but no onion. I said ma’am can you put onion on that, and she looked up at me and walked over to the corner I guess there were onions over there and put them on there and I thought, I asked for Mike’s way and she was going to make my sandwich with no onions and it’s a very small thing but it’s the principle of it. It’s the whole attitude of this place. Jersey Mike’s is my absolute favorite sandwich shop. So much so that I don’t eat sandwiches anywhere But here. You can’t beat them. But there was no reason for both of them to be non-responsive. It reminds me of my abusive ex-husband, when he would give me the silent treatment which is a form of abuse. I usually like to leave good reviews I rarely leave bad reviews but this warranted a review. Please check on your staff they seem very unhappy.

Never coming back to this place the guy and the lady with glasses are so RUDE, I ordered a Hot sub and forgot to ask Mikes Way so I told the lady can you also make it Mikes Way and she said no you didn’t asked for it but the other guy guy said don’t worry we will make it however you like and he apologized for them, I also feel bad for him for working with them bc he is so sweet and he was the only one that actually had manners helped me politely.

I ordered online for pick up, 2/3 of my sandwich’s were wrong (most likely got another online orders bags mixed up). I drove back to get my sandwich’s made, let the staff know about the situation and they argued with each other who messed it up. Before leaving they questioned me of my intentions, I didn’t ask for anything extra. I just wanted the right sandwich’s I paid for, and I was belittle in the store in front of employees and other customers. Very unprofessional and I felt so uncomfortable.

I am going to report this location to headquarters due to the lack of ability to follow simple instructions. There is a dark-haired guy with glasses that for the life of him cannot help but to cut your sandwich when I asked directly to his face not to do so just seconds before he does it. Either he has the worlds shortest attention span or does it on purpose but you can literally tell him while he has a knife in hand not to cut your sandwich while he was looking you in the eyes and he will continue to do so I mean it is seriously pathetic because it has happened at least 4 times to me at this location

As I walk in I am greeted with a smile and a hello from the employees there greetings and their attitude make a persons day way better I always order the number 9 and they always make it to perfection. One thing Is the music is always loud and my mother always has trouble hearing the employees talk to her about her sub. Overall great place to eat

Great place. About a year ago I came in and both the kids working were incredibly high, like, not fit to stand up. They tried to ring up my sandwiches and the girl working the register just couldn’t figure it out so the guy working the slicer came over and tried to help. He just stared at the screen real hard for about a minute, laughed and said the sandwiches were on the house. Then he apologized, like it was some great inconvenience that we were getting free sandwiches.

The sandwiches are tasty but this location is awful in terms of service. They are always understaffed and the online ordering system is a joke because sandwiches are never ready when you arrive for pick up. We’ve given them multiple chances hoping that the slow service was a fluke but it’s always the same. I feel bad for the teenagers that are left holding the bag for poor management of this store.
