We visited on 3/4/23. We ordered and took our food to go. Kitchen is in the back of the place. Front is seating and a mini grocery store. The place is cluttered and dirty appearing. We ordered a burrito and tacos. Food was pretty good. The environment/atmosphere are not great, something they could improve on for sure. Worth trying for sure.

Family owned and operated! This Mexican restaurant is know for being the most authentic in the state of Iowa. I love their enchiladas and tamales (buy them before they run out). Very affordable lunch special. 5 stars!

The food is absolutely delicious and much more authentic than a lot of the places I’ve been in town. If you go in through the side door just walk to the back and there will be a menu where you order. I highly recommend the flautas and chips and salsa.

This place is absolutely amazing. It’s a cute little hole in the wall, the menu is small and reasonably priced. The food is just fantastic. I got the enchiladas with cheese sauce, my friend got the enchiladas with mild sauce, and it was delicious! Definitely will be coming back here.
