Quick response to my questions on Social Media! Got there as soon they opened at 11am. Got the potatoes w/brisket to go and wow was that a lot of food. It was so delicious and will last me a few meals. Got some local eggs from Ashley’s Homestead (at Mrs Bushs Pie Co – got some brownies and cowboy cookies too) to make breakfast in the morning! DIVE IN FACE FIRST!!! After traveling all over the US this is hands down th best food!!! Nik gets my vote for BEST BBQ and best FLAVOR!!! Good golly this food is so much more than BBQ! It’s heart and soul with a merging of flavors like no other. Nik knows how to perfectly marry blends of spices and flavors like I’ve never had before. His unique blends are not odd but a beautiful ceremony of technique and heart creating a theatrical production in your mouth. He’s uniquely wonderful and I’m absolutely coming back! Don’t buy it all- leave some for me! ❤️

This is our favorite BBQ spot. The brisket is to die for, all their sides & specials are always delicious, and Nik & Lauren the owners are the best. My favorite side is the Mac and cheese but we also love that brisket queso with the fresh tortillas. The coleslaw is super yummy and unique too! Just order one of everything and you will not be disappointed

Delicious food! Loved the brisket and Frito pie. Service was phenomenal as well. Not only were they friendly, they even brought out coleslaw and Cajun dirty rice, free (compliments of the chef).

The best bbq meats and homemade sides in the area…we got brisket and jalapeno and cheese sausage…both were great. We also got the Mexican street corn salad, and the broccoli salad. The sides are so good, they are worth the trip themselves. Even the peach tea was way better than expected….We will be back soon.

Finally had a chance to drop by and try this place out. Wow, we’ve been missing out! We got the brisket baked potato and a brisket grilled cheese. Also, had some mac n cheese and it was top notch. Other BBQ places are going to have to set some higher standards, this was a next level place to go! So much flavor and tender brisket! The owners were also very nice.

Stopped by this weekend on our way through Canyon Lake. I had high hopes based on the reviews. I will say that I was not let down. This was hands down some of the best Brisket I have ever had. I talked to Nik the pit master and all I can say is he knows his stuff. I would highly recommend stopping by and grabbing some delicious BBQ while in Canyon Lake.

Some of the juiciest, most tender brisket I’ve had in Texas. The jalapeño lime coleslaw is also divine. Also that pulled pork taco! Really nice service and lovely owners.
