I forgot to post my feedback 🙂 We went through the drive thru and there were a few cars already in line. The line moved quickly, the employees were prompt and friendly and best of all….our order was correct (which it usually is at this location)! Only suggestion, bring back the fried mushrooms, lol 🙂

Food was poorly prepared. Spent $18 for 2 club sandwichs. I had to come home & fix both sandwichs. I really could have made these myself. Do not come to this location!

Pathetic. This is what an $11 wings n things looks like here. Not only was this cold and almost nothing there….they forgot the celery and the toast. And they can’t say it was an isolated incident, because when I took it back thru the drive thru, they served me.the same portions and one less wing because I ate a cold one. Rude staff also. Cut me off before I could tell them it was missing celery and toast. Never received my toast and celery….and when I called into the lobby the manager told me she personally remade The food and she assured me it was to her standards, and that she’d need the entire plate back for a refund. My wife and I ate lunch that day, it cost me $26…. Never again Zaxby’s. Never again

Ordered my food on the app for pickup at a designated time, arrived there and the line was wrapped around the building and out of the lot. We called inside and they brought our food to the car about 10 minutes later. My order was slightly wrong and it tasted just okay.
