Service is great & everyone’s friendly. They always cook a fresh batch of fried chicken every time we’ve been there. The fried chicken is absolutely delicious and the biscuits are amazing! Chicken is moist and flavorful with a bit of spice. We’re very impressed and pleasantly surprised since this place is inside a convenience store. Highly recommend!

Reminds me a lot of the smaller mom and pop gas station/restaurant places you find in the deep south. The quality can be hit or miss depending on the time of day, but for the most part they are a great choice for a quick lunch or dinner to go. I’m out in Gretna quite a bit for work and this place is in my top 5 most frequent eateries.

Actually this place is pretty good & at a good price. Now this is what reviews are for. The owner replied how can we make it 5 stars. Well, this is a good start. I rarely give 5 stars especially on a first visit. Following up as you have is a great way to run a business. I’ve been back several times since I wrote review. To be honest, not a lot in the area but I would still come here a lot. The chicken is great & you can’t beat the price. Help is cool & gets you in & out quickly. A big deal at lunchtime. Food is always hot & fresh so I don’t see any reason I shouldn’t bump up to 5 stars. Great job & you’ve made it clear my business is important to you

Surprisingly good chicken. I go there a lot and get chicken strips from them because I work next door. The sauce is really good and the chicken strips aren’t dry. The actual chicken pieces are really moist and have a really nice flavor.
