Love the salad bar, there lots of variety. I really like that there’s both ice burg lettuce and leafy greens to enjoy. I’ve had the grilled chicken salad several times. BBQ and sides are very good too. The service has always been good and fast. The dining area has always been clean and well maintained.

Called in my order at 4:20 PM. Was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Get there at 4:35 and food isn’t ready. Finally, around 5:00, they bring my order out with part of it wrong… The cashier asked if I wanted to wait for them to fix it. Really… I said no thanks because that would probably take another 45 minutes… she chuckled. Won’t be going back.

The service is fair, just don’t expect service with a smile. Had a call in to go order. The BBQ “extreme” nachos are lacking at best. While the pulled meat portion was good, it lacked flavor and sauce. The other toppings were virtually non-existent. There were a few olives, a couple pieces of green onion and about 6 jalapeño slices with a pinch of lettuce. No cheese that I could find, nor other normally expected items on nachos! I feel like had I ordered a sandwich without the bun I would have gotten roughly the same thing.

Really good BBQ! I prefer Texas BBQ but there’s is actually some of the better brisket in the area. They have a big selection of sides as well, including a potato salad that is some of the best I’ve ever had. Same goes for their homemade banana pudding that is made fresh daily if I recall correctly. That banana pudding tastes like grandma herself is in the back cooking for them. They also have pulled pork of course and even a salad bar.

I have never called in an order and been on hold less than 20 minutes. On 2 separate occasions I have driven up there on hold and caught the girl not taling order but playing on her cell phone. One time the girl yelled at me when I hung up and called back and said ” I am the only one here to take orders and we are so busy!”, my husband was in the store and had been for 10 mins and there was no one there but him and I as on hold for 45mins that time.
