the food and coffee are good and as expected. the service did take quite a while, but they were really busy today. there wasn’t to much space for a big crowd so it was also pretty stuffy in there but that’s all stuff that’s out of there control. I only had one issue with one of the staff I asked of when she could if I could get and uber bag and cup holder and she gave me attitude and said she has a lot of cups to do and walked away about 5 minutes later I asked another person and they got it immediately while still working and being busy

I’ve been in here a few time recently with an energetic toddler and they were extremely kind and tolerant of his running around while we were the only people inside. The customer service is reliably very good in my experience and my order correct. I’m sad they chose to remove the seating though.

I’ve been going to the ones at Walgreens for years because it’s easier access from my house and like the last year or year and a half the ice coffee I’ve gotten has been bitter and disgusting. I either drink it regretfully afterwards or end is tossing it. Whatever the problem is poor cleaning practices or not changing filters fix the problem it’s disgusting.
