Never had a problem ordering in person but the app is TRASH. Charged me twice for the same order and was stuck on “ order is being transmitted” called the store to see if they got my order at least and nope they didn’t. Was told I had to wait and call the next day for a refund because the manager had left minutes before I called. Thought it was my phone but no. If you go to the reviews on the App Store the Panda Express app is being trashed from left to right and it doesn’t seem like they’re doing anything about it because the one star reviews go back months.

Chow menu was pretty good. There’s lots of tasty sauce choices to choose from and I ended up choosing the mandarin teriyaki sauce since it’s a better than the hot mustard sauce.

I drove by for thr wok fired shrimp bowl and the food was delicious, service was fast even though there a long line. The only think I didn’t like was that I only got 4 pieces of shrimp! And my ‘side’ was what filled the bowl up. Come on panda express…!
