Worst experience here. Walked in and there were 3 workers working in a very dirty kitchen, ice cream and condiments everywhere. Stood there at the counter for a good 10 minutes before I asked them if they are scared to talk to me and they couldn’t figure out how to work the computers and find my order. One worker kept saying how busy they were but it was quite hard to believe how busy as I was literally the only customer being “served”. They gave me my drinks but then had to wait an extra 20 minutes of them just messing around not making my order. After getting my order and the workers clearly being mad that I was visibly upset about not getting my order after waiting so long, once I get home every order is completely wrong. I hope those 3 workers that saw me read this review and reconsider their priorities. I cannot believe this location is still in business and management needs to reconsider their awful hiring process. This restaurant is a joke and I hope it goes away soon. Thank God chic-fil-a is beside you guys making you guys look like absolute morons. Unbelievable

Lobby is locked during normal business hours, go through the drive thru to retrieve a mobile order and see the sign attached in the photo. Associate at the window seemed completely out of it or intoxicated, at least 15 cars came and left because no one was serving customers while I waited on a refund.

Service was very slow…actually delivery of the food was within tolerance, but took too long to get someone at the register to take our order…few people walking around but no one wanting to do anything? I guess the manager finally asked someone working in the kitchen to take our order…he stumbled through it, thanks for stepping up!

A sign on the door says, please be patient with us, the whole world is short staffed.well. All I need to do is pick up a cake. I showed up when the store opened and it took them 15 minutes to open the doors (not a huge deal). The issue is the employees saw me multiple times trying to access. I even went through the drive through and the lady walked away from me. There’s a difference between being short staffed and having poor customer service.

The past 3/4 weeks myself and my kids came here, the ice cream machine has been broken at least 4 or 5 times. What’s the deal?? Most come for ice cream. ♀️ I did hear a rumor from my kid’s friend (that used to work there) that the kids that work there just don’t feel like dealing with it. They rather stay in the back and smoke.

Call health department. Filthy doors and dirty glass. Afraid to touch anything. Bathroom is just nasty, dirty floors and stinch of old urine. Same situation with employees. Waited for two girls to finish thier cigarettes outside the door and playing on phone. The cigarette stinch was overwhelming. Serious problems at this Dairy Queen.

Pulled up to the order thing and waited for 3 or 4 minutes and got nothing.. pulled around and the dude at the window said the headset died but she got it on now. Pulled back around and still nothing??? I was a little petty and honked my horn though and that’s when she finally said “I’ll be with you in a few minutes.” I just left, I’ll survive without ice cream.
