Ordered 2 large extra cheese 1 with peperoni. Said 3 time no jalapeno peppers and no sauces. Tried to upsell on everything. It was a very simple order. Got the order and in the box was garlic sauce and a jalapeno pepperin each box. If that was extra cheese I would hate to see what regular cheese looks like. Too much sauce though. Driver was friendly and nice.

Absolutely horrified that the manager/ shift leader would yell like he did at his staff in front of customers I placed and online pick up order and got there 10 min after I. Placed the order told me it would be a 15 min wait I completely understand .. turned out to be 30 min wait !! The guy handling the front desk was super sweet and the guy boxing the pizzas super kind !! Apologized for the wait and other than that no one spoke !! Quite frankly I wouldn’t either if id get yelled at like the sweet guy at the front did !! Needless to say I hope someone talks to the shift leader / manager because their wasn’t a please or thank you out of his mouth and just yelled at his employees do better !!

Sarah I believe she’s one of the supervisor was rude,disrespectful and unprofessional. I never try to take food out of anyone’s mouth but if you’re not fit for the job, just quit instead of insulting your fellow co-workers and customers. I will never go back to that place again until she gets her act together!

So, they offer a $13 NY style pizza….I doubled the cheese, pepperoni and pork sausage…it cost $30…if what they sent me was “double”… don’t order the original…lack of toppings are despicable…so much sauce, you could choke…charged for sauce for crust…only available in Xtra large…I really can’t give you a reason to order from here…Even Peyton Manning would be disappointed !!! I called female manager to tell her why I was posting this and she said…”OK”… They really care huh… ?

Horrible experience. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and brownies for my kids. My phone was playing white noise in my bedroom for my newborn baby, but I had it on pizza tracker on my iPad and it said 1 min away. We were standing outside in our yard, kids excited and waiting. We always greet our delivery drivers and give them an extra tip upon delivery. We saw a blue car speed past our driveway without even stopping, then turned around and drove off. Our home is not difficult to find. Our house numbers are giant, easy to see and right at our gate, which is always open. We’ve ordered countless deliveries and never once experience an issue. I’m not sure what happened, but I tried to call and ask and the girl who answered at 12:38pm was horrible to me. She wouldn’t even allow me to speak. The thing is, I wasn’t even upset or angry in the slightest. I’m not even upset about the pizza. Whoever this was who spoke to me really needs to control her attitude, listen, and be respectful.. or don’t work in customer service. Control your attitude. I have been a manager most of my life in the hospitality industry. I have never been talked to this way. Whoever this was needs to be reprimanded. If it were me, she would be fired immediately. Not even sure if I will get a refund for the $40 but I don’t even want to call them back to find out, so we ordered dominos instead, which is where we usually order from. We will be giving our money to dominos from now on. We love our dominos delivery drivers and employees.

Best Chicken pop’corn’pers around!! Meaty and not soggy, but when you order make sure to get a sauce because plain one’s are not too flavorful unless you’re going to throw them on some Mac n cheese or a sub!

So I placed an online order from “PAPA JOHN’S” ….. THE TRACKER SAID 38-48 MINUTES….I called because it is past that and a guy ned CHASE. Said that those times are wrong and that THEY say how long it takes…. They said 45- 1 hour….. Seriously…. So false advertising??? Then no apology from the guy, he was straight up rude to me and would not even help with the order.

Unbelievable I bought this and they decide to give me a half eaten pepper and when calling to make a claim they don’t do anything about it but just give a warning to their employees and no refund or whatever as shown in the pics when I got home that pepper was left half eaten since leaving the store when being made never eating here again always check your food people.

As this company grows I’ve noticed that the quality in their ingredients has only gone down. I really don’t order Papa John’s anymore because I’ve noticed that I have stomach issues from cheaper ingredients. If this company is reading this be advised you may be saving in ingredients cost but losing customers due to the quality of your Pizza.
