The staff is chill, although they might be slow sometimes. I had the beef Bulgogi, and it came out to the table pretty quick and tasted good. My partner had a Bibimbap and really liked that as well. The price was expected for a casual dining experience for two, not too high, but not low either. I would recommend coming here for dinner on a weekday or otherwise where it won’t be too busy and you’ll be able to be served in a timely manner. Enjoy! 🙂

Experience here was just mediocre. Atmosphere/space felt cramped. The food was just OK (especially for the price). Rice was over cooked and the portion size was small. Most of the staff was friendly but, the service was poor (it took almost an hour to get our drink order of CANNED beverages and in-turn that meant they didn’t take our food order until after an hour of being there.) I don’t know that I would ever go back for the food. The karaoke rooms were fun; however, song selection is not as extensive as you would hope when paying to do karaoke. Overall – they need improvements with every aspect of the business. One-time there was enough for me to say I wouldn’t spend the money to go back.

LOVE this place!! We go out to KBBQ all the time in Washington, but this is the best I’ve had it! It was pretty busy but the staff still took great care of us. The atmosphere is excellent. And the food was just incredible! Definitely recommend. Will be visiting next time in Michigan.

I have been here a couple of times and it’s hit or miss for me. It is a little on the pricier side for me, so the first time I was there with my boyfriend we wanted to start an order with an appetizer and one meat to split. They told us we couldn’t do that and had to order two entrees.

My first experience at a Korean BBQ and I have to say I came out very satisfied and tad tipsy. Last time I didn’t get the chance to dine in since there were no staff which is unfortunate. The selection a meat were great. The staff were great as well. Very relaxing environment. Not to mention they have a dedicate karaoke room. Other than not downing a full bottle of soju, 9/10 great place for a fun time.

Just tried K-Rok with my best friend today and we loved it! The owner was very welcoming and personally served us. The food was great and came out quick! The owner was constantly checking in on us to make sure everything tasted good and to see if we needed anything! We will be back!

It was an okay experience for the all you can eat meals. The one bottle of soju was about double the price from a supermarket expect paying at least 15$ per bottle. Between two people we were able to get about three rounds in before getting full and the restaurant was fairly understaffed and it seemed pretty chaotic because it looked like no server ownership of tables and it seemed there was only one girl that was serving all the tables in our area when the restaurant got slammed the other servers need to pull their weight but some of the staff were friendly once you talk to them.

This was the worse restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We ordered the Korean meat buffet and had to wait over 2 hours for a total of 7 plates. There’s supposed to be 3 plates at a time, the bigger lady Liz who seated us took our order and then never looked our way again after the first round of meat.

We were confused about their rules for all we can eat BBQ. If we would knew there are only 3 types of small plates of meat allowed per order, we wouldn’t go with all we can eat. Also for each round of order, we have to finish all meat before we can order again, which wasn’t explained to us at the beginning. Our servers were changed 3 times during our dinner and no hot tea in Korean BBQ. Overall, confusing. The food was delicious though.

Delicious! We had the pork combo bbq and hand to god, it was some of the best Korean bbq we’ve ever had- and we love Korean food. While there’s not enough waitstaff to go around at any restaurant these days, we were very pleased with the pace of our meal and the friendliness of everyone we encountered. If we are ever back in Grand Rapids, this will be our first meal.
