Highly recommend this speakeasy sushi bar in Miami Beach! You first wait for your pre-drink at their speakeasy bar. Then, whisked away to a private location within the hotel. Service is excellent and the staff is entertaining and informative. They treat you like royalty! Fish is fresh and well-prepared. Very imaginative ingredient pairings which tasted delicious. We enjoyed the alcohol pairings, as well. Well worth the $900!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Sushi Bar in Miami, and I must say that it was an experience that exceeded all of my expectations. I have never been a fan of sushi or raw fish, but thanks to the amazing atmosphere, service, and culinary expertise of the chefs and their assistants, I was able to try 17 different types of sushi, all containing raw sea creatures, and enjoyed every bite to the bone.

I’ve been to Sushi Bar twice now and it is worth every penny. The service is impeccable and that starts with Sam. He remembered what bottle of wine I ordered from my first visit when I came the second time a month later. An experience you can’t get anywhere else. Chef Francis and his staff are so personable and truly are artists in their craft.

Everything from beginning till the end of the dinner was thought out. Absolutely 5 star service and high standards ingredients. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it? Of course if you’re sushi lover. You see high quality ingredients and what is more important you feel it in your mouth. If you have a possibility to make an update toppings on your menu, surely make it.
