Great bar staff. Had the happy hour specials, excellent. The clams on the half shell were perfect. Tempura shishito peppers – excellent preparation. The Greek salad flatbread was truly inspired. If we lived closer, i could do this every week.

I can’t say anything more than Quality food prepared perfectly. The short ribs fall off the bone, the Burger with it’s Kobe meat and prime Chuck and Lobster Tempura were wonderful. The view as you can see is stunning, the crowd is trendy and the employees are attentive and have amazing personalities. Thank you Jess and Michael for making the dining experience extra special. Go Brooklyn!!! 🙂

Lovely location, excellent service and consistent across the starters and entrees, although desserts were quite lackluster. I don’t quite understand the “bistro” part of the name, as they’re Southeast Asian/Mexican fusion and don’t have any bistro dishes.

I really wish the management here would pull it together and hire more wait staff. The service is flat out bad because there aren’t enough servers/bartenders to cope with the volume of people. It’s the same every summer – and every time we can’t help but feel stressed out and anxious watching and interacting with the staff. I really want to support this restaurant because the food/sunsets are great. Please management: Take a cue from other restaurants in the Hamptons and hire more help!

Nice roofed terrace with look onto the nearby marina. The food has a lot of Asian twists and is lovingly prepared, but the smaller portions have quite steep price tags (expect Manhattan prices). The desserts were delicious and not too sweet such as the pictured almond tart, which was spiked up by the addition of bitter almond extract giving a good ‘marzipan’ twist.

As the Saturday of Labor Day weekend was so nice, we decided to make a dinner reservation. We were greeted by welcoming smiles and seated at an outdoor table. Our waitress, Alexis, was friendly and helpful with the menu and specials. She was efficient without rushing us with our ordering, allowing for an enjoyable dining experience. Throughout the evening, Alexis exhibited just the right amount of attentiveness; her warm, friendly manner was appreciated. Without exception – appetizer, salad, entree – superb food perfectly plated. Dinner culminated with a delicious treat from a choice of scrumptious desserts, enjoyed while viewing a spectacular sunset. For us, the food, service and ambiance created the ultimate dining experience – thank you!
