Best snowball experience I have ever experienced, not to mention the cleanliness of the snowball stand. I drive an hour for this place and the snowballs here are the best, this will forever be my snowball spot. The staff and manager are very professional and nice. I will be back!

Tonight my husband and I went for snowballs. The first time we went the service was great and our snowballs were great!! Tonight it was terrible. We paid $17.50 for slush. The girl made mine wrong the first time so it had to be redone. Both my.husband’s and mine were so soupy it was terrible. Buyer beware!! Maybe you should think about another snowballs stand who will do it right!

The best snowball i ever had. The ice wasn’t the normal flaky ice, it was actual snow. We weren’t in line any more than 3 minutes. No more waiting 10 minutes for a mediocre snowball. It’s the only snowball stand near me and i’m glad they opened up. Will definitely be returning!

This place takes forever to handle one order. Please don’t go through the drive thru. You will stay there over 1hr. They are slow paced and the ice machine does not produce good ice.this st Barnard shop needs some lessons from other Nola stands with faster customer service and softer ice. Never coming back here waste of time and money…Try Stop Jockin or Rodney’s Snoball stands. Way better than here

Horrible experience. I paid for my order with a card, next day revived a notification stating that the price was adjusted. Apparently the staff gave themselves a tip. When discussing it with the owner he had a bad attitude claiming that I order additional items then finally admitted that the staff must have made a mistake and added the tip. The only positive experience was the young lady at the window who took my complaint.
