The coffee cake muffin tasted horrible. I don’t know what’s in it, but it doesn’t taste like any coffee cake I’ve ever had. The donuts are also way smaller than I remember. Not to mention, the sprinkled donut I ordered had like 5 sprinkles on it and the glazed blueberry donut was substituted it with blueberry munchkins without asking. Wth?

Walked up to the pick up area after waiting in the drive through for 7 mins. (No sign saying any issues were being had, walk in they are all wearing head sets. For what? ) wait there for an additional 5 mins for them to tell me in a rude way that i need to order on the other side. I look up at the sign that says ” pick up” as it is so very self explainitory. Just as ” drive through” was as well. Finally ask for my order and am handed a bag and drink that i could see sitting behind them the entire time i was there. 3 staff everyone in thier own world and there is a short dark haired woman with rbf that has attitude like no other. If you don’t like the job you have please leave. So if you want what was supposed to be an iced coffee to be water and a hot sandwich be as cold as possible, or to feel like you want to have wasted your time and money then please go here !

I come to this Dunkin’ every morning before I go to work . I always do a mobile order. I have never had any issues before . Today the staff was very unfriendly . I was told to pull around to the front to a parking spot and wait for somebody to bring out my order . I sat outside for 30 minutes and finally went inside to see what was going on . The lady was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly , handed me my order and when I looked on the cup it showed that it was done at 9:04 and it was now 940 . I told her that my order wasn’t correct because I never get toppings and a lot of ice . And she just stared at me . When I went to walk away she rudely said have a nice day . So now I paid for cold foos and oh gross coffee on . Not to mention I am late for work because they couldn’t find my order that was sitting on the counter . I will never come back to this location and I want my money back.

It NEVER fails. Every single time I come, I swear they short my. Drinks!!!! Every time. This is sooooooo annoying and for what? They already put extra ice, yet I keep coming in hopes the next time will be different, but nope!!!! Not to mention most the time they are very rude and not friendly! I hate it when I’m in the drive thru and the worker don’t even acknowledge you to at least say bare minimal, I’ll be with you in a minute. I pretty much have to say hello through the intercom to get someone to respond and then still wait for a minute for them to take my order.

Dunkin’ from the drive thru. I love that they serve breakfast all day. The food is always fresh and hot off the grill. Their hashbrowns have this extra hint of flavor…maybe it’s garlic. I wish more came in the order. And the coffee and freshners are always good.
