Stop for a quick bite, no one at the register, finally came up and didn’t speak just looked at us, had ordered then he just walked off when his cell phone rang, he was on his phone, a different guy came up and didn’t speak to us just the amount. Another employee was singing out loud (wasn’t good) to the music they were playing on their own phone or personal speaker. Was a clash with what was already playing in the restaurant. It was not a pleasant experience…

Visited this Arby’s a little after 12 on my lunch break. My wrap was ready by the time I pulled up to the window and I didn’t wait more than 3 minutes in line with two cars in front of me. Wrap was constructed well, held up on my trip, and tasted quite good, especially with their three pepper hot sauce. Met and exceeded my expectations for a fast food drive thru experience.

This place was terrible. DT packed and the whole lobby was a complete wreck. No napkins, no ketchup and the drink counter was a mess. My number 1 Double was served without curly fries which are the ONLY fries that should be served at an Arby’s. Also, I wasn’t informed of this until after I was already served. The roast beef was decent but the cheese was short, almost none. I can understand a busy day, but this is just terrible.

I never actually got to eat at this location. I stood in line for several minutes but was never acknowledged. When I was, it was to be asked if I was picking up a door dash order. ♀️ I’m unable to rate the food, just the service.
