Plenty of sushi roll options to choose from and you can request changes to the rolls to fit your taste. I really liked that they had options like noodle dishes and plates. The staff was really nice and the food came out so quickly. At the sushi bar you can watch them make the rolls and it’s really fascinating! I’m always one to try out the dumplings and these did not disappoint. The dumplings were perfect they didn’t break apart and they were not tough. They were perfect consistency! The garlic dipping square was so good! I went with a crunch roll with extra crab on top and spicy Mayo.

Food comes out hot, fresh, and in a timely manner! Staff is always friendly. Nice clean small dining area. I usually come for the ramen. I recommend the Spicy Tonkotsu w/ all the toppings. The marinated soft boiled eggs are . The serving is large so Enjoy.

Our favorite Ridgeland, MS sushi restaurant. Usually go there for late lunch. place is normally busy but always get seated. However, service and sushi rolls are served rather quickly. Would call these designer sushi rolls as they are unique and clever combinations. These rolls are not the small rolls! For lunch at most sushi bars, I’d order 3 sushi rolls, but at Wasabi Sushi 2 rolls is more than enough.

Wasabi is my favorite Japanese cuisine and sushi restaurant in town. They offer many different aspects of Japanese cuisine, not just sushi rolls. They also have sashimi and nigiri too. I love their chicken katsu, takoyaki (now unavailable), ramen/udon bowls, soups, etc. They also have incredible tempura desserts.

Very polite staff. Restaurant very clean. The pork noodle bowl had very tender pork. The filet mignon hibachi was delicious with just the right amount of season and sauce. The tempura cheese cake was light, sweet just right, and was decorated adorably for Christmas.
