Be careful about this Starbucks. They have not been trained on how to ring up reward drinks. I tried to use 150 of my stars to get a free drink…on top of the 150 the barista used she added 25 more stars and charged .44 cents. I didn’t not realized what happened until I left. Starbucks already cost an arm and a leg. I’d appreciate not being ripped off on even more money and reward stars.

Eli “didn’t have Java chips this morning. I can make a mocha instead” I come here quite often and always order the Java Chip Frappuccino, and have NEVER been told there were no Java chips. Completely unacceptable at 645am on a Monday.

Honestly this is my favorite starbucks location so far. I haven’t had any mistakes on my orders that I can recall and they make the chai lattes best here. At the others I’ve had poor luck and find they tend to be watered down but I haven’t had that problem at this location and none of the drinks have ever had that burnt tast here. The only downside might be that it is a smaller location cuz its inside another establishment so you wont fine as many pastries/gift items but they do still sell some and have some sitting space. The staff have always been friendly and I’d reccomend this location to others 🙂

It’s OK. Just like any other Starbucks. They allow me to cither you my lunch. They did not call the cops or anything and they’d let me sit there. I was good. I was worried for a little bit that they will call the cops.
