The Hendricksons
Second time recently that we tried to get dinner at the drive-thru, only to have our time wasted. It is Friday night 8:30pm, interior lights and open lights are on. A guy is sitting inside on his cell phone, but will not look up. Once again, we wait at the intercom, and finally pull up to the window, and this time find a closed sign. We liked their food and like to support small businesses. We know the struggles of keeping employees, but where are the owners? Respect your customers.

The employee working the drive thru tonight was awful. I couldn’t understand her through the speaker, and when I repeated my order, she yelled through the speaker ” I know! I heard that. What else!?” I have worked in customer service for 17 years and I started out in fast food. We will never be back to this location because of the rude employees that work here.

NEVER have I seen such a garbage presentation for a shredded beef taco. Go anywhere else and they will fill the tacos with lettuce and cheese. This place definitely sucks. The same issues arise when it comes to the 5 roll taco supreme. There is one chef that is on point. The other is God awful. This place is an absolute pit. I will drive further just to avoid convenience, because the food here is garbage. Go somewhere else. Trust me.

Wasted $45 and the food was RUINED. Asked for a beef enchilada with NO LETTUCE. I said it at least 3 times and it had extra?? Was also only told the beef had pre-mixed tomato. But not onion or pepper, wasn’t expecting that. New staff answered the phone which is extremely unprofessional. Get a grip on your staff, please.

This was my 2nd time trying their food and both times it was not good. I got the chimichanga which was almost $13 only to throw the whole plate away. The chicken had no taste. My rice was dry. The beans were not good at all. I will not be going back. I should have known better when I asked for cheese on my chimichanga and she said they didn’t have any, later I notice they added cheddar cheese to my food lol.

The young lady at the drive thru. Had zero interest in doing her job today. Unresponsive, couldn’t be bothered. Just attitude. Good way to kill a companys business. Might want to consider a position not dealing with customers. Had to edit to add more non-sense. Ordered a machaca breakfast burrito. Had to repeat it several times. Ended up with a potato burrito. My partner ended up with dry crispy rolled taco, and disappointing beef tacos. Might have been one eggs worth added. It’s really sad. I’ve loved los betos for years. Never experienced this lack of care. I suggest going to a different location. Really disappointed.

Went through the drive thru. Couldn’t understand the person taking my order. Got home and checked my order. It was wrong. Ordered 2 tacos and a few other things. The shredded beef tacos were dried out and little to no meat. I’ve been a customer for a few years now. With all the surrounding competition, they need to step up their game. I won’t be back.

A few things weren’t right with my order. I ordered a churro with the sugar and I got a plain just fried churro nothing on it. Second I ordered the number 18 I believe which is two tamales and then a tortilla on the side. I got one tamale and zero tortilla. Definitely unimpressed will not waste my money there again.

My burrito came with the wrong cheetos. When I called the store the lady was not very nice and basically told me, it is what it is. I was not informed prior to leaving the store that they were out of the hot cheetos so they just replaced the hot cheetos for regular cheetos without telling the customer.

Ah, the garbage disposal of Mexican food. The food here isn’t bad if you want something quick. Most of the time, the order is correct unless you request red sauce. For some reason, the people that work at every Los Betos are color blind or don’t understand the difference between red and green in either language. Overall, this place satisfies a craving, but know that the people who work here don’t care about a single customer and are there to shovel food out a tiny window.
